Natalie Martinez
Born in 1984, Natalie Martinez is a Cuban-American model and actress. She is the spokesmodel for JLO by Jennifer Lopez. She began her acting career appearing in the american telenovelas “Fashion House” and “Saints and Sinners”, and then landed the role of Case in the feature film “Death Race”. She also played the part of Maggie in the short-lived series “Sons of Tucson”.
Martinez will play the role of Detective Ariana Sanchez. Sanchez is beautiful, but with a discernable edge we wouldn’t ever want to mess with. She came over from Vice two years ago. Sanchez has had a hard life, though she’d probably never volunteer that information to you. Still, we can see the pains of the past in the empathetic connection she makes with victims. Personally, we think that makes her a better cop.

I belive she is the most realistic actress on the show.
Also, I was talking in Spanish with her and she sounded Puerto Rican, last name is Puerto Rican and in a conversation she had with someone else I believe to have heard her say Puerto Rican. Regardless, she is a very if not the most valuable member of the cast because she makes it feel real even when it’s just a rehearsal. This kid has a brite future.

Natalie is such a sweet, down to earth woman, not to mention a great actress. My son was in the pilot episode with her and she was so nice and funny. She is definately an asset to the show. I wish her all the success in the world.

I met Natalie when she came to Miami to celebrate with her family and close friends for the debut of the show. She’s a very nice and fun person to be around. She stays true to her roots. She happens to be the cousin of a very close friend of mine. Best wishes to her in her career!

Along with Fitch, she is one of my favorite characters on the show. And so glad she is going to FINALLY… get together with Fitch. Great combo. She is fantastic. Bright, ballsy, caring. Just love her.
