Hey Detroit locals! Extra casting is now underway for Detroit 1-8-7. Real Style will be in charge of casting extras for this project.
What does it take to be a detective on America’s most dangerous streets? Get ready to be part of the action when a documentary crew rolls with some of Detroit’s finest, offering an insider’s glimpse behind the curtain of a Homicide Unit. The cameras unearth the crisis and revelation, heartbreak and heroism of these inner city cops—moments of raw exposure when they address us directly, as well as private moments when they forget they’re being filmed.

i will like to be on the show i went to acting school i was going to be in a movie but the movie got posponed i was very happy about it until that happened i want to start my acting career at a young age i do boxing mma and brazillian ju jit su and i live next to detroit and i am willing to do any part

I would love to be on the show im from detroit and still here im was born and raised in the brewster project so i have a good back ground on the life of drugs and crime in my city. Im 38 but look 24 so i have the look to play a younger role or whatever the show has open. I have lived in Detroit for 21 years I am currently 21 years old. I know the city like the back of my hand I used to catch the bus for 18 years of my life so I know where everything in the city is Detroit and even the burbs. I wouldn’t mind being on the show no matter what I have to do.

Stop posting in the comments here saying, “Please hire me as an extra.” Detroit already has a bad enough rep without you idiots adding to the stupidity. If you actually READ the post, it says this website is NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE PEOPLE WHO HIRE FOR THE SHOW. And it doesn’t matter if you know jack crap about D-town – extras are the people who wander around in the background and pretend to be drinking at the bar or walking down the street.

According to the FTC’s job scam website, job offers where you have to pay in order to apply are not job offers. Beware of things like this “Real Style” that claim they can get you a job but you have to PAY in order to apply. REAL JOBS DO NOT CHARGE MONEY TO APPLY!!
